    The kindest lady optician. Great attention paid in making sure the focal point in my lens was correct. Brill after service. Great choice of frames. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for which in this case was excellent varifocals

    Great opticians ,I went to billingham branch lovely helpful and pleasant staff, have time to listen to what you need from your glasses. Have been to other big companies for my glasses but this opticians lenses are good quality with great clarity. This is where I will purchase my spectacles from now on.

    Went for hearing test. Professional staff. The experience was very informative and I was made aware of what was happening and why. I came away feeling positive I knew what was happening with my hearing.

    I having been coming to this opticians for years now and they always go above and beyond and provide an excellent service. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they went to a lot of trouble to get me my sun-specs in time for my holidays. I like to support local independent businesses.

    My first eye test in many years. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Helped me choose the right frames for me. On collection, again the member of staff was, polite, friendly and ensured a perfect it. Would definitely recommend. Great service. Thank you.

    As a family we have gone to Mccormick & Gorman since I was a kid. There service  has always been brilliant. Their eye test it always thorough and Heather and Jackie's customer service  is so warming when you walk in of a cold street. I'll  never go else where.

    Best choice ever to have my glasses selected and order placed the service in Middlesbrough Oxford Road is superb first time took me less than an hour to select the frame I was looking for and wanted very satisfied and the lady who served me at the front desk is wonderful definetly changing my Opticians from Vision Express to here

    I’ve been coming here for a few years and the service is always excellent. The staff are knowledgeable, welcoming and genuinely happy to help, whether it’s choosing glasses or dealing with any issues. Special mention to Marsha for being so helpful assisting me with my first pair of glasses, I’d highly recommend them.
